Rain finds herself back on Ballaärat in this part of the story. Instantly the battle starts between the freed inmates from Ganymede and the legions of cybernetic soldiers under Drought’s control. This is now the battle to win the fate of Ballaärat. However, though all the chaos and discord, Rain is frozen by the thought that soon she will meet, once again, face to face with Anhedonia. But this time, she knows that one of them will be destroyed, even though it seems that just yesterday they were together in happiness. Can Rain put the echoing longing feelings behind her long enough to complete what she knows is right?
